Aid and Care for Development is a civil non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Lebanon, founded in 2023 under public notice no 995, dedicated to support vulnerable communities in Lebanon through humanitarian aid, sustainable development, and community empowerment.
Our Mission
Building Hope Through Local Impact
is to improve lives by providing essential healthcare, education, and livelihood support while promoting innovative solutions to local challenges such as environmental sustainability and resource management. We believe that real change starts at the community level, and we work closely with local partners, municipalities, and grassroots initiatives to ensure our programs are impactful and lasting.
At ACD, we believe that every act of care contributes to a better tomorrow. Together, with our partners and supporters, we are building pathways of hope and development for communities across Lebanon.
Our Programs
Programs
ACD designs and implements participatory initiatives by actively engaging communities in identifying their needs and shaping the solutions. We believe that sustainable impact is achieved when people are part of the process, from planning to implementation.
Our programs focus on addressing the urgent consequences of multiple crises in Lebanon while building long-term resilience. We work with vulnerable groups and local partners to provide support in healthcare, protection, livelihoods, education, environmental sustainability, and emergency response.
